ICL1240 (2T4R)
ICL1240 is a high-performance 24GHz 2T4R Millimeter-Wave Sensor SoC fabricated in CMOS technology, featuring highly integrated RF front-end, waveform generator, high-performance DSP, and 32-bit RISC-V MCU. It supports phase modulation, multiple configurable Chirp waveforms, and multi-chip cascade capability, enabling kilometer-scale outdoor target detection, high-precision indoor multi-person detection, and advanced point cloud sensing. With high integration, reduced external-component cost, and ease of development and deployment, ICL1240 provides an efficient chip-level solution for millimeter-wave sensing applications.
