ICL1240 SoC Evaluation Board With Array Antenna
The EVB1240 Development Kit is equipped with the ICL1240 SoC, a 2T4R L-shaped array, an ARM M7 MCU, and a TYPE-C interface, supporting SPI data output from the SoC with a maximum speed of 50 Mbps.
The EVB1240 Development Kit facilitates rapid evaluation of chip performance for mmWave sensor developers. It allows for automatic generation of register configurations based on the required radar parameters. Developers can observe and analyze collected data in real-time, easily develop algorithms, and implement a wide range of applications for multiple scenarios. The kit supports evaluation of various operating modes of the ICL1240, including TDM, BPM, and multi-waveform settings.
Based on the Development Kit, developers can also evaluate the built-in MCU of the ICL1240, which operates at a main frequency of 200 MHz and includes 128 KB of SRAM.
